Is this a good (or ok) offer?

Hi, I would really appreciate some advice if I should take this job or not. Apologies for the long read.

The job is located in Tokyo, for a small company that handles visa processing and after-placement support for workers under the SSW visa. I visited for one week and they showed me the job and the tasks they do, so I know it’s a legit company.

Salary is still being discussed, though what they said was for the first year it would be around 200,000 yen. If they decide to keep me after the first year, then we can negotiate a higher amount. This is because I have no prior experience in this role/industry and while they’re willing to take a chance and help me get my first visa, they are also still unsure about how well I will perform. For background, I’m in my late 20’s with 3 years of experience as a Japanese Language Teacher, and currently have N2 Proficiency.

Pros:

1. They’re willing to sponsor my visa to work in Japan (it’s my first time getting one), and I hear that it’s hard to find a company willing to do that.

2. I’ll be able to learn new skills, and practice my Japanese. While my Japanese skills are decent and I can understand around 85% of everything they tell me, my speaking skills need to be practiced. I feel like I’ll really be able to improve here. Also, my senpai is the same nationality as me, so while I’m still adjusting if there are things I don’t understand so well, she explains it in our native language rather than Japanese.

3. I get to move to Japan, which I’ve been wanting to do ever since my time as a 留学生 ended (and is a step-up from my native country)

Cons:

1. I’d probably have to stay 3-5 years, and the job is in Tokyo. I’d really prefer to live in the Kansai area or in the 田舎 and Tokyo is one of the last places I want to be, but this job at least gets my foot in the door. I don’t think I should be too picky at this point in time.

2. It’s not my preffered industry or occupation. While I don’t hate the job it’s not something I’m too passionate about, but again I’m looking at it as more of as a way to improve my Japanese, get into Japan, and also to get some experience.

Would love to hear any thoughts, thank you!
