Visiting Japan from Canada 🇨🇦

Any advice on whether a Canadian should exchange CAD to YEN before coming to Japan? (context: I’m with Scotia)
I read on other sub reddits that it’s better to just exchange once I land in Japan.. but I can’t find what the exchange rate diff would be.
