About to purchase a condo. Due to circumstances I am having to put down 1/3 the price myself to secure the loan. The down is in a Yucho account.
We finalize this month by meeting at the real estate agency and the loan and down will be transferred to seller.
Question is, with the down being so much do I need to go into my bank before this date and prepare them for the transaction (tell them amount, account info, hanko stuff, etc.)?
Any experience with this is really appreciated.
