EPOS Credit card, anyone using it ?

Hello

I want to apply for a credit card in Japan. A friend told me about EPOS Credit card.

I am wondering are there anyone with bad experiences with the card?

I am only interested in the EPOS card because the yearly membership is free and I am generally not a heavy credit card user. I want to get a Japan credit cause just to pay my phone bill which is less than 3000 yen a month. So getting a credit card with an expensive membership doesn’t make sense to me.

So my questions are

1. Any bad experiences?
2. Where can I apply for it? I hope I can do it physically so I can get the card on the spot.( I live in Osaka)
3. How do I pay the bill? Is it linked to my account and it will auto deduct?
4. Any hidden fees?
5. Any catches?
