1. Your employees will probably start looking for new jobs and not be happy.

   The government will possibly be even less happy.

2. First your employees will go to the pension office, and then the pension office will order you to pay it and the late payment fee. If you don’t/can’t, your assets will be seized to pay for it.

3. You will pay fines. I think they can freeze bank accounts until you pay up.
