Does anyone have experience working with Panosonic homes to build a new house? We found land we really like, but Panosonic Homes owns it, so if we decide to pursue it, were locked in with them as a builder.
Specifically, I’m wondering if anyone had any success negotiating the price down? The price is quite a bit higher than some of the local builders. It seems like their easiest way to reduce the costs is just reduce the total square meters, but I’d prefer to try and negotiate discounts if possible or remove things that aren’t needed like shutters.
I’m also wondering how satisfied you are with the quality for the price and how things have held up over time.
Also, wondering if there’s anyone that has their airlohas air system and what you think of it. I’d really prefer to have something like this, but we aren’t super convinced on how efficient it is and how it will age.
