Hello everyone. I’m sorry for another bank question. After a few days of searching on Reddit, I’m a little bit lost on the pros and cons of every bank available out there. I hope you guys can suggest a suitable bank for me.

Current status: Student with a part-time job
Current bank: Yuucho
\- All of my utility bills are charged through my EPOS credit card
\- Rent and credit card bills are automatically withdrawn every month from Yuucho
\- NHI is registered to be automatically withdrawn every month (though, I’ve never seen they do that or send me an invoice in the last 3 months…)
\- I use Paypay a lot because I had no choice, charged with Yuucho

I’m exploring new options for a bank account that:
\- Allows flexible and easy frequent bank transfers (Idk why very few of my friends use Paypay…)
\- Offer VISA/Mastercard debit card (Yuucho declined my debit card like 3 times)
\- Accept automatic withdrawals mentioned above
\- Easy to manage in case I’m overseas

I have looked through frequently suggested options:
\- Sony Bank looks promising but apparently, there is a problem (?) with automatic withdrawals
\- Prestia but I’m not sure if the monthly fee is worthy
\- A friend suggested Rakuten but I rarely sign up for its system and am not sure if it’s worth switching
\- MUFG/J, SMBC, and Mizuho seem reliable as they are big banks but I’ve read bad reviews as well

Notes if it helps: I frequently use Wise, I’m most familiar with the NZ banking system and it spoiled me heaps, I can read and understand Japanese but want to avoid calling and face-to-face interactions

Thank you so much in advance. I’m still trying to navigate financial decisions as much as possible. Hopefully, I can learn something from this.
