6 day Itinerary Check, Tokyo, Kyoto

Greetings,
Trying to have a nice relaxing vacation on the heels of a work trip. First-timer, want to see a lot without running myself into the ground. Will be in Japan just past peak sakura bloom, so _hopefully_ the crowds are smaller (but not holding my breath)… want to make sure I hit enough spots for returning with unique gifts, too.

Sat/Sun Tokyo

Arr early Sat morning, Haneda- Shooting for the Ueno/Akiba/asakusa triangle. Would like to see Ueno Park, Senso-ji, Kappabashi, Nishisando, tech/gaming shopping and good food…

Mon morning – Thu afternoon Kyoto

Here’s where my “relaaaaaaax” and “want to see a lot” conflict. Fushimi Inari, Philosopher’s Path, Pontocho, Palace, various shrines/temples (while avoiding temple fatigue- the ones I’ve specifically found that seem of most interest are Ninnaji, Saihoji, Kenninji). I want to do a quick trip to Nara to see the park/deer/Kasuga shrine. I kinda want to see Himeji. Probably prefer Nara > Himeji. Obviously Himeji and Nara are opposite directions and would have to be separate days if I did them, but it feels like that would take too much from Kyoto time… I also have an ikebana class Thurs afternoon before return trip to Tokyo.

Thue eve/Fri- Yokohama. ??? just enjoy hotel and food? Fly out Fri afternoon from Haneda.
