I’m currently on a student visa and will begin working next month. Before starting my job, I’m going home for vacation for two weeks. I’ve arranged to take 21 days of paid leave from my part-time job during this time. I’ll be taking my new visa before leaving which is on March 11th. Will this affect my next visa application process? I’ve heard that after switching from a student visa to a working visa, you can’t work part-time. However, technically, during my vacation, I won’t be working but will still receive wages for that period.
