I’m planning on arriving at Osaka by the 25th, been talking to a real state agents for about a week and started talking with other like a few days ago. I have one apartment that I’m “applying” for already but kinda worried since I did that for an aparment last week and monday they told me that the people staying there prolonged their stay till June so it wasn’t available for now, I’m pretty sure that’s just a polite way of saying no for that apartment but whatever, and that same day I looked at another place and was like ok, let’s go with this one. How likely is that I’m gonna be rejected for that one again? I’m mostly worried since I would have a place ready for when I arrive. Note: I’m going on a student visa for 2 years in case that’s important.
