I know this same post happens often but I think mine might be unique.
I live in Kyoto and use a pasmo card.
I went to Korea this weekend, flight from Kansai international airport and only realize once I got to my hotel it was missing.When I got back I went to the staff at the airport in Osaka and they said they didn’t get anything. Looking online they said if it’s a personalized card I can just go to a station to get it reissued… But isn’t this only in Tokyo, ways I can get it back or maybe get it reissued in Kyoto?
