Cannot find a job as a software engineer

I‘m trying to get a job in Japan as a software engineer. I don’t know why it is so difficult. While in Germany I have no problem to find a job and get lot of offers with an annual salary of 70k+ euros.
I know the salary here is lower and I‘m ok with 5 mio yen.
Anyway I applied so many times (on LinkedIn, TokyoDev, dodo, Daijob) just to get rejected.
I have a master in Computer Science and my Japanese level is N3. (I usually applied for jobs where Japanese is not even required) and actually I‘m working now for a Japanese company based in Tokyo (but want to change the job).
I often don’t know the reason why they reject me.
I‘m freshly graduated maybe that‘s a problem.
Often I get an offline assignment which I can successfully solve but then I don’t even get invited for the interview. Why would they waste my time to offer me an assignment to reject me anyways.
Another case where I had an interview and then they said I was pretty nice and proceeded to the second round where I had an offline assignment again which I of course did + with bonus feature.
There should be a third interview but nope, unexpectedly rejected again.
I don’t know why it is so hard to get a job here.
Any other tips? Especially how to find job for junior developers?
