Hi all, we are planning a trip for mid-May and will have approximately 9-10 full days in Japan. We’ll be spending at least two in Tokyo, two in Kyoto, and one day in Nagoya. It’s definitely not as much time as I would like to spend in Japan, but we will try to use the remaining days for day trips from Tokyo or Kyoto. I would love to see Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu, but I don’t think our time will allow us to see it comfortably. I’ve been trying to find anything similar that could be a day trip from Tokyo or Kyoto, but haven’t had any luck. Any suggestions for this as well as day trips to see the Japanese countryside, or seaside temples would be much appreciated.
