Long story short, I am a PM in the IT industry, and sometimes my company will use outsourced employees provided by other companies. Recently, I noticed lots of southeastern Asians in the outsourcing market, though my company still insists that they will only hire Japanese but one day they may change the strategy due to increasing costs.
I think that if they have problems speaking fluent Japanese, knowing their native tongue may be a good way to make the schedule go smoothly. So, could the community give me some good advice about picking another language to learn?
