Figuring out heating control panel

Hi everyone,

I’m staying at a friend’s place for a few weeks. He told me there was a floor heater, which I figure I found the control panel for. My Japanese reading is very weak but I usually manage to make things work especially with google translate. But here I’m stumped. I’ve been fiddling with it since yesterday, the floor is still cold as ice!

Can anyone help me figure this out? It would be very much appreciated!

Here is a pic of the control panel: [https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Q3hmsdU2YFybBz4Mw\_fD6MGXQdCeg0IO/view?usp=sharing](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Q3hmsdU2YFybBz4Mw_fD6MGXQdCeg0IO/view?usp=sharing)

PS: can’t communicate with said friends right now for various reasons. Of course he would be the first I’d ask if it was an option.

Edit: so, I managed to up the setting enough to get an orange light that meant it was heating (it stayed green before that).

I still didn’t notice any change in temperature in the floor. Until… I walked 2 meters away. Turns out only a very small portion of the floor is heated lol!
