Hello, I need some help with a New Japan tracksuit.

I’m thinking of buying a NJPW tracksuit. I’m an european M-L (medium-large).

I prefer L because it’s more comfy. What would be the japanese men’s L? Should I look for an japanese XL (I read that the japanese size fits smaller).
