so i’m hopefully going to be moving to Japan soon on a working holiday visa, but I currently take Concerta for my ADHD.
I’ve been able to find plenty of info about doctors who can prescribe things related to ADHD in Tokyo/Kanto, but not much else (via this subreddit, living in japan, and general googling).
At the moment I’m not too sure where i’ll be living for a while, but I do know it’ll be most likely around Nagano for the first 4 or so months.
My Japanese is pretty good, although when it comes to medical terms I tend to rely a bit on google translate as that’s outside my knowledge.
Is there any kind of database or similar, either national or prefecture based, where I can search for a psychiatrist who can possibly prescribe Concerta to adults?
(I would be able to provide proof of my diagnoses via my current psych etc.)
this isn’t too urgent, but I’d like to know in advance so I don’t mess myself up when actually living there.
