Can friend/family get my Jūminhyō for my tax return while out of the country?

I’m finishing my self-employed tax return today as I’m leaving Japan tomorrow evening for a few months. But having gotten to packing the submission I noticed I need a juminhyou or similar showing my address and mynumber, and I haven’t prepared it and have run out of time before I leave!

*One of these*
*My number confirmation document*
*(Only if your current name, address, etc. are listed.)*
*Copy of document that can confirm the individual’s My Number》 ・ Notification card*
*Copy of resident record or certificate of items listed in resident record (limited to those with My Number listed)”*

The city office is now closed for the weekend, but I have friend and family in Japan, **is there any way they get this proof on my behalf (without me present),** attach it so they can mail in the rest of the submission for me while i’m out of the country and therefore dont miss the deadline?

If not, I will miss the deadline by 2-3 months at least. What are the implications of this?

Thanks in Advance
