Our soba noodles are made in house and featured in the bowl you will see the following
– Nori (seaweed)
– Roasted sesame seeds
– Menma (marinated bamboo shoots)
– Pork Chashu (we use pork shoulder)
– Onions
– Tokyo negi (scallions)
– Onsen (poached) egg
Everything you see here is made in house! We roast the sesame seeds, marinate the bamboo, slow braise the chashu with our own chashu liquid recipe, an everything!
You receive a bottle of chili oil and vinegar as well to add to your own liking.
And yes … they are also made in-house (￣ω￣)
