I do not want to work in Japan after graduating, would it be better for me to go to Temple or Waseda?

I plan to do my undergraduate/ bachelors in Japan as it is a more affordable alternative to places like the UK, AUS, and the US.

However i definitely do NOT intend to work in Japan (or at LEAST for Japanese companies) afterwards as I know how bad that can get…

So would it be better to go to Temple or Waseda? As i’ve heard that american degrees would hold better value than Japanese ones, although l’ve been told that going to Waseda over Temple would STILL be better as it is better regarded as well as has a higher education quality.

I’m a bit confused as on reddit some people advocate for getting the Temple degree as it is American due for its recognition internationally but some tell me Waseda would still be better overall. Would I have better chances to be able to work for a Non-Japanese company in Japan with a degree from Temple or Waseda?

Id also like to ask how the postgraduate opportunities would be after graduating? I do plan to pursue a masters abroad afterwards, so would I have a better chance of doing so with a degree from Waseda or Temple?

Thanks in advance!
