Every now a and then I think about moving to Japan but struggle to understand which city would be best for it. I looked for a city located in the frosty north of Japan, so naturally my gaze meandered around Hokkaido, but now I think that I might’ve missed other good options.
I’m looking for city (population 200k+) located in the colder regions and fit for an average young adult skilled in either teaching English or software engineering. So far Sapporo seems like the obvious choice.
