Leaving to Japan end of this month. Wondering if it’s best to exchange currency ahead of time at my bank (bank of America) vs exchanging it in Japan (like at a 7/11). Bank of America’s exchange rate currently is showing 1 JPY = 0.007 USD but Google is showing 0.0066 USD. Which is like 7000 JPY difference ($50 USD) for exchanging $1000 USD.
