I want to go Go Karting in Akihabara tokyo. I am active duty military. I dont plan on staying in japan long enought to get a SOFA license. Will i be allowed to drive the go kart with the regular japanese drivers license, or do i need the SOFA license since im active duty. (I am currently taking the japanese driving test class on the Yokosuka Naval Base)
