I wanted to have an itinerary check to see if we’re being overly ambitious for our upcoming (1st) trip to Japan in less than 2 weeks.
Day 0 – Arrive in Osaka ITM around 6:10pm, check in to hotel by 8-9 ish. Eat dinner and explore Dotonburi area at night
Day 1 – Osaka
* Osaka Castle
* Den Den Town
* Kuromon Ichiba Market
* Hozenji Yokocho
* Namba Yasaka Shrine
* Shinsekai
Day 2 – Osaka/Kyoto
* Finish seeing whatever we might’ve missed yesterday in Osaka
* Train to Kyoto by 4pm (check in time), or should we go to Kyoto earlier and try to store luggage at hotel?
* Nishiki Market
* Pontocho Alley
* Hanamikoji Geisha District
Day 3 – Kyoto
* Fushimi Inari Taisha (do round trip hike in AM)
* Visit stores/shops we’re interested in doing, they close early so we wanted to use this day to focus on shopping
Day 4 – Kyoto
* Arashiyama Bamboo
* Tenryu-ji Temple
* Arashiyama Monkeys
* Kinkaku-ji Temple
* Kiyomizu-dera
* Ninenzaka
* Hōkan-ji Temple
* Sannenzaka Path
* Ship our luggage that night to our Tokyo hotel (to be received on day of check in. Do we need to call our hotel in advance to let them know?)
Day 5 – Hakone
* Reach Hakone by lunch time, explore, check into Ryokan. We paid a lot for a room with in-room onsen so we want to spend the entire day here to get our money’s worth and relax. Maybe go for a walk at night.
Day 6 – Hakone/Yokohama/Tokyo
* Do the Hakone loop
* Leave Hakone around 3/4pm to Yokohama
* Gundam Factory (7pm ticket)
* Train to Tokyo around 10pm
* Check in to hotel
Day 7 – Shibuya/Shinjuku
* Hachiko statue/Crossing/explore area and shops
* Harajuku
* Omoide Yokocho
* Kabukicho
* Golden Gai
Day 8 – Tokyo
* Tsukiji Market
* Tokyo Character Street
* Pokemon Center/explore area
* Pokemon Cafe reservation (1:15pm)
* \- Ginza
* \*Uniqlo, Onisuka Tiger, Muji
* Zōjō-ji Temple, Tokyo Tower
* Roppongi Keyakizaka St.
* Mori Tower Roppongi (if we have time)
* Sushisho Masa reservation (9pm)
Day 9 – DisneySea
* Entire day of DisneySea
Day 10 – Akihabara/Asakusa
* Explore Akihabara and shops
* Asakusa Information Center
* Sensō-ji
* Suzukien Asakusa
* Nakamise-dori Street
* Kaminarimon
* An entire day of DisneySea

How does this itinerary look to everyone? Anything we should improve on to make it more efficient? Any spots we shouldn’t miss? I tried to create a flexible itinerary so I can shift things to another day or add more stuff while on the go. I appreciate the help. Super excited!
