Hello everyone, I’ll be staying in Tokyo with friends for 2 weeks and we’re planning a 2 day Kyoto trip. I was wondering what my options are to travel from Tokyo to Kyoto. The Shinkanzen looks like the best option but it seems quite expensive. What are alternatives and how do they compare to the Shinkanzen, in terms of prices and travel duration?
