Because the payback campaign in Tokyo will be held next week, I registered Rakuten Pay few months ago. Today, I went to Seiyu and wanted to pay with Rakuten Pay. The app asked me to login. Fortunately, it is self-cashier. It wasn’t that embarrassing.
I’ve only used Rakuten pay a few times. I mainly use iD or PayPay. I don’t have the same problem with PayPay. Is it common that Rakuten pay log you out?
