My title might be confusing. I heared
my colleagues are doing real estate investments and loaning 3 to 4
apartments, and these apartments are
handled by agents. The apartments
they have now all have renters and the loan are automatically
paid by the rent every month. Is this a good investment? Any one knows any pros and cons for this?
