Family of 3 and we are travelling form Tokyo to Kyoto. We already have out train reservations but It looks like we will need to bring 1 suitcase larger than 160cm (not by much). The train car we’re on says “with (outside cabin) Oversized Baggage Area” but our seats are car 4, row 4 ABC. Can we use the oversized luggage area? Unfortunately I can’t change the seats to one with “oversized baggage area”
I would like to forward my luggage but what if I cant for some reason?
