Tokyo Itinerary-Help Needed

Hi everyone! I need advice on this itinerary!

Day 1:
-Land at Haneda airport at 5 am
-Drop luggage off at hotel in Shinjuku
-Explore Gyoen garden for about 2 hours after breakfast (maybe 11 am – 1 pm)
-Explore Ginza: Tsukiji market, shopping, take a look at Imperial Palace (not going to spend much time here since you can’t actually go inside, just look at it)
-Back to Shinjuku at night for drinks at the NY bar in the Park Hyatt

Day 2:
-Harajuku: Yoyogi Garden and Meiji Shrine
-Ahikabara in the later afternoon (just explore and shop)
-Back to Shinjuku in the evening for bar hopping at Golden Gai

Day 3:
-I’m looking into booking a tour that allows you to watch sumo wrestlers’ morning training
-Team Lab Planets (around 1 pm)
-Explore shibuya/scramble crossing

Day 4:
-Explore Asakusa (Senso ji, Kappabashi Street, rent a kimono, Geisha district, Nakamise street)
-Ueno park and maybe the National museum if there’s time
-Maybe a dinner cruise on the Sumida River

I am looking into maybe going to see a Kabuki performance in Ginza. Do you recommend this? Do you recommend switching any of the days/activities around? We also want to take a day trip to Mt. Fuji but heard that we should plan this because it depends on the weather, and we should just go any day that has clear weather. This makes it hard to book things. What do you recommend?
