Been wrestling with Rakuten for months, endless language problems going to shorten my life from stress, worry, and frustration.
Is there a banking service that you can speak easily with an English speaker for general banking, securities (NISA etc), and credit card?
If one doesn’t exist, there’s a damned good market for one, or at least a liaison service that can act as a go between.
