First time visiting Japan! Osaka-Tokyo itinerary tips

I will finally be able to see Japan for the first time! I booked a trip for 5 days (early December) and here’s a look at my planned itinerary:

Day 1 (Sat): Arrive at KIX 7pm, hotel check-in, stroll through Dotonbori/Shinsekai

Day 2 (Sun): Wander around Osaka – explore Denden Town, foods, shopping

Day 3 (Mon): Kyoto! Fushimi Inari as early as 6-7am, Kiyomizudera, Ninenzaka, Sannenzaka, Ginkakuji, Philisopher’s path, then Gion District for dinner (this feels too full. Is this manageable? I also want to visit the Nishiki market but idk where to place it in between ☹️)

Day 4 (Tue): Go to Arashiyama for the boat ride and romantic train (will skip the bamboo groce), Kinkakuji, Nara Park in the afternoon

Day 5 (Wed): Some last minute shopping in Osaka and then go back to KIX for an 8pm flight

This is my first time so I want to go to every single location but I also want to enjoy each of them. Is this schedule manageable? Do you guys have anything that you prefer to exclude especially in the Kyoto trip? Should I extend Kyoto to 2 full days and go to Nara the morning before our flight? What do you guys think? Help me please!
