Stairs at Fushimi Inari

We’ll be traveling with someone for whom stairs are a bit of a problem – not impossible, but better if there’s a railing, at least. From videos and such that I’ve seen of Fushimi, it’s clear there are parts that have a lot of stairs, and sometimes there are railings and sometimes perhaps there aren’t. However, it’s not always clear from the videos whether the bottom section is friendlier to this or not. So I’m trying to get a sense of how far we might feasibly make it up the trail before we get to a part that might be too difficult (meaning a long stretch of stairs all at once, or a shorter stretch of stairs but without a railing) , so I can roughly guess how much time to spend there. (To be clear, I primarily mean stairs that are steep enough like you’d have in a house, not necessarily the ‘stairs’ where you can walk for 10-12 feet and then it’s one step up and then flat again for a bit).

I know this is a pretty specific question, but hopefully someone out there has an idea!
