Itinerary help

Itinery check, I’m going on holiday for 12 days to Tokyo with my girlfriend soon. I work in a nearby country so we can easily come back for separate trips to Osaka/Kyoto and other cities.
Obviously this is longer than most people’s holidays here but I was also looking to relax a bit as it’s been a while since I’ve had time off from work. I was hoping for some advice on additional things to do to fill out the schedule and perhaps some Ramen recommendations/lesser known gems in Tokyo

March 22 – Arrive Haneda Airport 2pm, sort out Suica card and pocket WiFi at airport, Check in at hotel in Ginza. Evening free, what to do?

March 23 – Stroll around Ueno park, Senso-Ji, Nakamise street, Tokyo Skytree, Akihabara, playing at arcade and just generally strolling around looking at the retro gaming places. Open to suggestions nearby. I’m unsure what order to do these things but know they’re all in the same area so put them together on this day. I’ve heard Senso-Ji is better at night but also that Ueno park gets busy during the day?

March 24 – Tsukiji outer market early morning, what time should we arrive? Imperial palace and then to Odaiba, Team lab planets and National museum of emerging science. Dinner booked for 5pm in Gobancho. No plans after

March 27 – Yoyogi park and Meiji jingu, walk to Harajiku and Takeshita street. Shibuya Parco and Don quijote, then Shibuya scramble crossing and Shibuya Skytree around 7pm, have dinner booked nearby for 10pm then home.

March 28 – lunch and dinner booked in Ginza, 12pm and 6pm. Day open and no plans,

March 29 – Morning cooking class in Shinjuku, national garden, teamlab Borderless in afternoon then early dinner booked 1630pm, back to Shinjuku for the evening, Golden Gai and Kabuchiko

March 30 – lunch in Ginza and dinner booked. Naka-Meguro area for cherry blossom along the river, probably some sort of boat ride tour. Dinner is at 7pm, should I go along the promenade before or after?

March 31st – DisneySea booked for the day
