So I’m worth about 1.8 – 2 million USD.
Currently I work as a truck driver in America; and am thinking of continuing to come back to USA to work 4-6 months spring to fall, (it’s a fun job for 6 months at a time).
I have read there is no passive investor / golden visa program in Japan; but homes there seem dirt cheap.
How feasible is it to start a real estate holding company, and buy like 5 -10 homes and rent them out to comply with business manager visa? I’m not thinking Tokyo, (the business is just to comply with visa).
Does any one have a good map of population change in different cities?
Are the 1.5 million people cities shrinking as well?
