I’m happy enough with my current dispatch company, but considering applying for one that specializes in a different region (Southern Japan, Kyushu area).
The application requires a reference; the only people I know who would be in a position to give me a professional reference are my branch managers. Is it weird to ask them to do this? Are there any other go-to options? Of course I could have a friend do it, but I doubt having your friend as your reference will look so good.
