I (33F) and my husband (35M) will be traveling to Japan for the first time this coming fall (VERY excited). We will be leaving our kids with my folks who have kindly offered to watch them. This will be our big outing after having our second child (due this June).I wanted to run an itinerary check for advice/ additional ideas. For the itinerary I was originally just going to do a day trip from Kyoto to Osaka while I was staying in Kyoto but then I thought it may be better to actually spend a night or two in Osaka.
