I’m currently switching jobs and having to change visa types too. On top of that I’ll be moving many prefectures and having to move.
What I’m curious/worried about is if I’m able to apply and sign apartment contracts while my visa is still being processed? I heard that you need a valid zairyuu card but I’m unsure if having one that says it’s being changed at the moment will work?
