I know it’s a stupid question. Master’s degree, TESOL, CELTA, IB, etc.
But say you are in a job that you love, and the school offers you to become a permanent teacher, and you see yourself staying in this school for years (also the salary is good). Also you have a bachelor’s degree in education, some years of teaching experience, and a license from your home country. How inclined would you be to get these qualifications/degrees?
Like would you rather save your money for something else or would you spend it on your “document” credentials.
