Suggestions for healthy snacks?

I’m trying to cut down on snacking on junk food and would love some tips for any snacks you’ve found. I’m talking about the 3-4pm bored eating stage. Obviously there’s lots of generic things like apple slices but I’m looking for stuff the average foreigner might not know about in the local store. Some things I’ve found that work well:

* Packs of Korean seaweed
* Japanese cucumber cut up into sticks, with yuzukosho
* Freeze-dried Miso soup single servings
* Natto
