I have polyps between my nose and cheek area. I want this to be removed but when I go to hospital the surgery is scheduled after 3-4 months 🙏🏻 Can anyone recommend me a hospital please. /private is fine/
Hospitals prioritize surgeries. If the polyps aren’t life threatening and won’t become life threatening, you will be scheduled down the line. Have you talked to your doctor who recommended surgery?
I had to wait over a week for surgery on a shattered arm after they stabilized it (they thought they were going to have to send me home to come back for the surgery) and 3 months for the torn muscles in my shoulder. The only surgery I’ve had that was same day was outpatient when the infection in my shoulder from the surgery went sceptic and then they didn’t do a full clean out they just released and irrigated the abscesses and scheduled me for full surgery 3 days later. A few months for something you’ve been living with for years seems minor.
And you need a location. Japan isn’t nearly as small as you seem to think.
Perhaps contact the Azabu Skin Clinic in Hiroo. They have an awesome surgeon on staff + on-site operating theatre.
IIRC they don’t take national insurance so it’ll be out of pocket.
