Hello, just gathering some advice of what to. 1. Im leaving Japan permanently in a few months. and have about 3m yen to transfer out back to my home country.
I have been researching of the different ways but I am still not sure. What do you guys think?
1. All cash
2. Western Union (there’s one in my province but it looks shady, but im currently leaning to do this)
3. Create a Prestia account with SMBC (my company has a special benefit whereby no remittance fee is charged) – but there isn’t any SMBC in my province, so I might need to go down to Tokyo. Create an account just for a one-time transfer?
4. Local bank transfer (dreading it alr)
5. Create wise/revolut and transfer 1m at a time
