I’m a tourist based near to Shinjuku on the 7th floor, not used to shakes, this dawn me and my friend both woke up with one, but not sure of the time. I found that there was one around 6am Iwaki, Fukushima 47km deep and 5.3 magnitude, is it possible it was that? Seems a bit far and deep to be felt in Tokyo, no?
