My partner and I have always wondered how it would taste dipping meat in the raw egg sauce because it seems like this is quite common in Japan? If anyone has any recommendations of restaurants in Tokyo, Kyoto or Osaka, please let me know 🙂 We cannot eat a ton so AYCE restaurants aren’t that worth it for us. Also if you have any tips on what time is the best to go for walk-in or if we have to reserve before going, I would love to know that as well.
