I once saw a video of Afghan women in traditional Afghan dresses being led by Japanese Army officers (in grey uniforms) I am pretty sure. Flags were being held (I don’t know if it was the Japanese flag or the Afghan flag. I think it might’ve been the Afghan flag?) and it appears they were walking down some sort of platform. The camera was at an elevated position, being above but also simultaneously being in front of the people. I remember that at the time of the video, Afghanistan was still a monarchy.
