What UK bank account/card should I put my spending money in to be able to access in Japan? I have credit card and current account Visa, Mastercard and Amex

I’m also prepared to open a new account if there’s one you’d recommend?

I will be going to the post office for some Yen before we leave but would like to be able to draw cash out and spend with the least fees while out there
