Have any people managed to be in crazy japanese tv show (like takeshi’s castle)?

Hello,

I’m interested to participate in a japanese tv show (one similar as takeshi’s castle where it’s more physical and no questions really).

I wanted to see if some people actually managed to do it and how.

I’m guessing it’s not possible but you never know, could you still do it without speaking japanese? (I’m learning but it will take a while).
