Maybe a stupid question but for document #1, copy of passport: what does ‘status of residence’ mean here? Because on my passport there is nothing showing that information (I renewed my passport at the embassy in Japan a few years ago so there’s no longer any entry stamp from Japan immigration).
Worth noting that I haven’t left the country yet (flight is next week) but I wanted to prepare the claim while I’m still here as it’s easier to use local post.
Move-out notice has been done at the ward already (document #2) so I will be removed from the resident register on my departure date.
