Asking because I’ve never encountered this service tax at another 2nd hand stores except in ginza. The person said they are tax free but will have to include a service tax of 1.5%? It’s miniscule but I was attempted scam earlier at a golf store when they said they don’t give tax free and calculated my tax to over 100% of the item (2,400 yen -> 5,500 yen after tax). So I just want to make sure.
