am i being greedy w my itinerary pls help

hi all! so i’m traveling to japan with my bf and two of our friends. my bf and one of our friends haven’t travelled internationally yet and this is our first big big trip together. (we’ve taken smaller 5 day trips in the us before) so i rlly want this trip to go as smoothly as possible. i do feel like im being somewhat overly optimistic about our itinerary & ik we won’t be upset if we don’t get everything in but i still want to be as realistic as possible

we’re going for 14 days & will go to tokyo, hakone, kyoto, osaka, okinawa, & back to tokyo. flights & hotels have already been booked. the last three days of the trip we will be back in tokyo so i figure we’ll do anything we missed then

day 1: tokyo
land in hnd about 2pm, assuming it’ll take 1.5-2hrs for customs, baggage claim, etc. (does anyone know how long it normally takes?)

taxi to hotel
go karting at 7:30pm
shibuya sky at 9pm
free time for shibuya, go to don quixote
potentially kabukicho tower for the arcade

day2: tokyo
arrive to disneysea at 8am
eat here, will probably only do 5/6 rides
hopefully be done by 6pm
teamlab planets at 8:30pm
night life in roppongi 11pm ish

day3: tokyo
sensoji & surrounding areas at 8am
kappabashi street
rikugien gardens (if there’s time)
train to ginza for lunch & shopping at 1pm~
rooftop on toc building at 5/6pm
shimokitazawa for shopping at 7pm
shinjuku shopping
dinner at yomoide okocho at 9:30pm~
going out in shinjuku for the rest of the night

day 4: tokyo/hakone
akihabara shopping in the morning
12pm train to hakone
then take the hakone free pass route (ropeway, pirate ship)
3pm eat lunch in motohakone
5:30pm free day, will likely relax in airbnb (tokyo recovery time)

day5: hakone/kyoto
sleep in, checkout of bnb at 12pm
leave for kyoto, check into hotel at 4pm
otagi nenbutsuji
okochi sanso garden
arashiyama 6/7pm (hopefully while the sun is setting)
tenryuji
explore arashiyama a bit
dinner at pontocho alley 9pm (will it be open?)
free time for the rest of the night

day6: kyoto
kimono rental
kenninji temple 9am
walk around ninenzaka, we will probably eat around here as well
samurai experience at 2pm
free time to shop afterwards
walk over to gion 4/5pm & eat
explore gion
return kimonos at 6pm
free time/onsen time

day 7: osaka
11am checkout, take train to osaka
3pm check into hotel
namba yasaka shrine 4pm
probably eat early lunch in this area
teamlab osaka 6:45pm
shinsekai or nipponbashi depending on if we want to eat or shop

day8: osaka
get to usj at 8am
will eat at usj
we rlly only want to go for nintendo world so hopefully we’ll be done by 5pm
umeda to shop or eat
10pm go out

day9: osaka
10am hozenji
hozenji yokocho for food
free day to walk around shinsaibashi to shop
2pm tenma for lunch
maybe go to osaka tenmagu
dotonbori
night out in shinsaibashi area

day10: okinawa
6am flight to okinawa
9am land, pick up rental car
botanical gardens
blue cave snorkeling
check into bnb
free time

day 11: okinawa
7:30am tataki waterfall
churaumi aquarium
beach
atv tour

day12: tokyo
drop off car rental
flight back to tokyo, staying in shibuya
free day

day13: tokyo
yumenoshima greenhouse domes
free day for shopping/missed activities
considering going to ghibli museum or sanrio puroland

day 14: tokyo
last day, completely free for shopping, etc

day15: leave for home
