anything from what parks/what time i should arrive? i’m living in tokyo on break from uni so i was planning to go on a weekday since it’s less busy, but i’ve heard to get a good spot especially in popular parks like ueno people arrive at like 5am. im willing to do it but i just wasn’t sure if it’s necessary so if anyone has any tips i would appreciate it !!
